Chapter 10 was founded in 1923 as the Sir Walter Raleigh Chapter. 

As with all AHEPA chapters, it was founded to:

• Promote the ideals of Hellenism and the principles of the American government;
• Educate at all levels;
• Participate in civic life;
• Foster a spirit of brotherhood.

Meetings are held the first Sunday of every month; January through June and September through December.  Meeting are held either after church or at the Andy Kanas Lodge House (160 Pineland Circle, Raleigh, NC).
